Karliin Brooks, founder

A New York City native, Karliin Brooks graduated from NYU with degrees in Broadcast Journalism and Nutrition. She is a professionally trained healthy gourmet chef, having studied at New York City’s Natural Gourmet Institute for Health and Culinary Arts. Karliin has worked for ABC News as a freelance producer in the past, and owns a movie location company for Hollywood productions looking to shoot in the Empire State.

Karliin is a dedicated lifetime vegan and runs a distressed animal rescue operation in her spare time. She has a passion for all things green, healthy, cruelty-free and glam. From classes in food preparation, to community gatherings, to cleanse programs, she continues to reinvent and refine the offerings of The Squeeze. Karliin is an eco-warrior who has been on the forefront of the fight for the planet and has dedicated her life to the well-being and health of everyone and everything in our wonderful but troubled world!

What makes The Squeeze NOT bullshit sugar water?

We are all natural and we are nothing but the best. Each bottle is loaded with pounds of fresh produce, never frozen, never pasteurized. The produce is organic, non-GMO, and local whenever humanly possible.

A hydraulic juice press. We use the Norwalk Juice Press to pulverize produce, liberating live enzymes, minerals, and micronutrients, and creating the best tasting and most nutritious elixir known to man (and woman!) This method of extraction enables the life and vitality of the juice to be long and strong.
